Classes are scheduled to be held in two shifts:
- 10 am to 12 pm (Morning Session)
- 3 pm to 5 pm (Afternoon Session)

- The minimum course duration will be of 30 hours which can be distributed in minimum number of 30 classes.
- The one time fees to be paid by the students for the entire course is Rs. 500/-. However, in certain courses this amount may vary and will be finalised by the IQAC with the aim to run the course on no profit no loss basis.
- Students from any streams/disciplines/subjects can enrol themselves to the course if permitted by the course policy.
- The minimum academic qualification for admission to the course is 10+2 or equivalent.
- Certificates will be issued by the college to students after the successful completion of the course.
- However, the students with less than 80% attendance will not be accessed for the add on course and no certificate will be issued.
- The Students will have to take a test after the completion of the course
- The syllabus will be reviewed before the starting of every academic year.
- Online Attendance System will be used to give attendance to students.
- External Experts (occasionally) will be invited to take special classes and will be given a minimum honorarium on per class basic with Travel Allowance if outstation teacher. Any changes in the honorarium structure will demand a consent from the principal of the college.
- The College will publish a separate ADD ON WEB PAGE on its website dedicated to the Course.
- The College will follow a specific course structure relevant to the cognitive demands of the students.
- A well structured class schedule must be uploaded/displayed on the college website/notice board by the course coordinator.
- A Course Coordinator, chosen from the existing faculty members of the college and preferably course related department, is to be appointed by the Principal.
- A remuneration deemed fit by the Principal is to be given to the Course Coordinator.
- Minimum Qualification of the Faculty Members involved in taking Classes: As per UGC norms
- Existing faculty members of the college involved in taking classes will be entitled to class wise pay to be decided by the Principal along with IQAC.
